Booking a seat in the app is quick and easy! Follow these steps:

  1. Choose the Booking Type: Select whether you want a seat, community table, private cabin, or meeting room.
  2. Pick a Date: Choose the date for your booking.
  3. Set Check-In Time: Specify the time you’ll start using the space.
  4. Select the Duration: Decide how long you need the booking. You can book on an hourly, daily, or weekly basis.
  5. Add Guests: Enter the number of guests you’ll invite to join you.
  6. Pick Your Seat: Choose the specific seat or area where you’d like to sit.
  7. Apply a Discount Offer: If a discount offer (e.g., Welcome Offer, Exclusive Offer) is available, select it on the booking page to reduce your total cost.
  8. Split the Bill (Optional): If you’re inviting guests, you can split the bill with them or pay the full amount yourself.
  9. Pay and Confirm: Complete the payment, and your booking will be confirmed.

Ordering food is simple and convenient! Follow these steps:

  1. Click on the ‘Order Food’ Button: Find the ‘Order Food’ button on your booking/meeting screen to start your food order.
  2. Choose Veg or Non-Veg: Select the type of food you prefer.
  3. Select Items and Quantity: Pick your desired dishes and specify the quantity for each.
  4. Set a Delivery Time: Choose the time frame for delivery from the options available in the app.
  5. Apply Discount Coupons (Optional): If you have discount coupons available, apply them to reduce your total cost.
  6. Select Payment Method: Choose whether to pay using app credits or your bank account.
  7. Make Payment and Confirm: Complete the payment, and your order will be confirmed.

Your delicious meal will arrive as per your selected time frame. Bon appétit!

Booking an event is easy and customizable! Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Events Tab: Navigate to the “Events” section in the app.
  2. Search for Events: Browse events by location or select from the listed options. Use filters for better results.
  3. Select and Subscribe: Choose the event you’re interested in and subscribe to it.
  4. Choose Your Seat: Select the type of seat you prefer (e.g., Basic, VIP).
  5. Add Guests: Enter the number and details of guests you’re bringing.
  6. Apply Discounts: If there are any offers available, select them to reduce your booking cost.
  7. Choose Payment Method: Decide if you want to pay using app credits or your bank account.
  8. Split the Bill (Optional): Share the cost with your guests or pay the full amount yourself.
  9. Make Payment: Complete the payment to confirm your booking.

Enjoy the event and make unforgettable memories!

Canceling a booking is straightforward. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Event Details: Open the event or booking you want to cancel.
  2. Click on the Options Button: Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Select ‘Cancel Booking’: Choose the option to cancel your booking.
  4. Provide a Reason: Select a reason for cancellation from the provided options. If your reason isn’t listed, choose ‘Other’ and specify your reason.
  5. Read the Policies: Carefully review the cancellation and refund policies before proceeding.
  6. Cancel the Tickets: Confirm your cancellation.

If you have questions or concerns about the event, tickets, or the cancellation process, tap the ‘Contact Us’ button to get in touch with the support team. 💬

If you want to deactivate your profile, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to Your Profile: Open the app and navigate to your profile section.
  2. Select ‘Feedback and Deactivate’: Tap on the ‘Feedback and Deactivate’ option.
  3. Click on ‘Deactivate Account’: Under the Feedback button, you’ll see an option to ‘Deactivate Account’.
  4. Confirm Deactivation: A confirmation prompt will appear. Click ‘Deactivate’ to proceed.

Your account is now deactivated.

How to Reactivate Your Account:

If you decide to come back, simply:

  1. Download the app from the Google Play Store.
  2. Log in with your previous credentials, and your account will be reactivated.

Sharing your feedback is simple and helps us improve! Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Go to Your Profile: Open the app and navigate to your profile section.
  2. Select Feedback Option: Choose the ‘Feedback and Deactivate’ option.
  3. Click on ‘Send Feedback’: Tap the button to start providing your feedback.
  4. Rate Your Experience with Emojis:
    • Use the 5-emoji scale to rate your experience.
    • 😡 = Most Dissatisfied
    • 😟 = Somewhat Dissatisfied
    • 😐 = Neutral
    • 🙂 = Satisfied
    • 😍 = Loved It!
  5. Write Custom Feedback: Use the text box to share additional comments or suggestions about your experience.
  6. Submit Your Feedback: Once you’ve selected an emoji and added comments, tap ‘Submit Feedback’ to share it with us.

Creating your community profile is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Communities Tab: Open the app and navigate to the ‘Communities’ section.
  2. Click on ‘Finish setting up your experience’: Tap the button to start setting up your community profile.
  3. Edit Your Profile: Click the pen icon in the top right corner to begin editing.
  4. Enter Your Details: Fill in the required fields, including:
    • Uploading a profile picture
    • Full Name and Date of Birth (DoB)
    • Contact number
    • Writing a bio
    • Uploading additional photos
    • Selecting your interests
    • Adding prompts (e.g., fun facts or preferences)
    • Entering your neighborhood
    • Sharing details about your work life
    • Listing the languages you speak
    • Adjusting the Discover People Nearby toggle to control visibility
  5. Save Your Profile: Once all details are added, click the ‘Update’ button to save your profile.
  6. View and Edit Later: You can view your profile anytime on the community page by clicking the ‘View Profile’ button. To make changes, follow the same steps mentioned above.

Your profile is now ready for connecting with others in the community!

Adding people to your community is easy! You have several ways to connect with others:

  1. View People Nearby:
    • Go to the Community Home Page and click on the ‘Near Me’ tab.
    • You’ll see a list of people around you.
    • Click ‘View Profile’ to check their profile or ‘Connect’ to send a connection request.
  2. Make Your Profile Public:
    • If you can’t see people nearby, make sure the ‘Discover People Nearby’ toggle is ON in your profile settings.
    • You can adjust this setting to make your profile visible to others in the community.
  3. Search for People by Name:
    • Use the Search Icon on the community home page.
    • Tap the search bar, enter the person’s name, and you’ll see matching results.
    • You can also apply filters for more specific results.
  4. Join a Community/Bulletin and Add Members:
    • Request to join a community or bulletin of your choice.
    • Once inside, you can view the members list and send connection requests to them.

Now you’re ready to connect with people and expand your community!

If you need to remove or block someone, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Community Home Page: Open the app and navigate to the Community Home Page.
  2. Click on the ‘Connections’ Tab: This will display a list of all your current connections.
  3. Select the Profile: Choose the profile of the person you wish to remove or block.
  4. Scroll Down to the Bottom of Their Profile: You’ll find two options:
    • ‘Report’: Use this option to report the person for inappropriate behavior or violations.
    • ‘Block’: Use this option to block the person, which will prevent them from connecting with you or interacting with your profile.
  5. Remove from Connections:
    • If you just want to remove them from your connection list, click the ‘Connected’ button.
    • You’ll see an option to ‘Remove from Connections’.
  6. Remove/block through chat: You can also remove or block a connection through your chat list. Just simply click on the profile of the connection you want to block or remove and follow the steps mentioned above from the point 4.

Once you block or remove someone, they will no longer be able to interact with you in the community.
